Your Role
As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our spa, ensuring every guest feels cared for and relaxed from the moment they arrive. You will manage bookings for treatments and therapies, assist guests with information on spa services and wellness programs, and ensure a smooth and serene guest experience. Collaborating closely with the spa team and other departments, you’ll play a key role in creating a calming and professional environment that reflects our commitment to wellness and hospitality.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome spa guests warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
- Manage reservations, bookings, and scheduling for spa treatments.
- Provide accurate information on spa services, wellness programs, and promotions.
- Coordinate with therapists and spa team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle billing, payments, and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a tidy, calming, and organized reception and spa environment.
- Assist in promoting spa services and special offers to enhance guest experiences.
- Address any guest concerns professionally, ensuring their satisfaction and relaxation.
What We Value

- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Previous experience in spa, wellness, or reception roles is highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a calm, professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a serene yet dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of spa management or booking systems (Protel experience is a plus).
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
