Your Role
As a Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our property, ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and provide guidance about our services and local experiences. Working closely with all departments, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless and memorable stay, reflecting our commitment to exceptional hospitality and guest care.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide accurate information about the hotel, services, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Handle billing, payments, and necessary administrative tasks accurately.
- Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Maintain a well-organized and presentable reception area at all times.
- Support a positive and professional atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.
What We Value

- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Knowledge of Protel System will be considering as strong advantage,
- Strong communication skills and a warm, approachable demeanour.
