Your Role
As a Driver, you will be one of the first touchpoints of our guest experience, ensuring safe and comfortable transfers while delivering a warm welcome that reflects our values. From hotel and villa transfers to personalized assistance, you will combine professionalism with hospitality, creating memorable moments even before guests reach their destination.
What You’ll Do
- Safely transport guests to and from the hotel, farm, boutique, gallery, and villas as instructed by the front office.
- Any transport routes as needed from the management of the hotel.
- Provide warm, courteous service while assisting with luggage handling.
- Keep vehicles clean, organized, and well-maintained; promptly report any technical issues.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Ensure guest privacy, safety, and comfort during every transfer.
- Represent the hotel with professionalism and positivity at all times.
What We Value
- A valid driver’s license type D is required and a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Calm, professional approach to unexpected situations.
