Your Role
As a Waiter, you will be a key part of our dining experience, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and well cared for. You’ll provide attentive service, guide guests through our menus, and work closely with the F&B team to deliver smooth and memorable dining experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism throughout their dining experience.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring service standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and dining areas.
- Coordinate with colleagues and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
- Stay informed about menu updates, specials, and promotions to enhance guest recommendations.
What We Value
- Previous experience as a Waiter in hotels, restaurants, or cafes (preferred).
