Your Role
As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for the smooth daily operation of the hotel boutique, delivering excellent customer service and contributing to a high-quality shopping experience for our guests.
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to hotel guests
- Present and promote the hotel’s branded products and boutique items
- Handle cash register operations and daily transactions
- Ensure the shop is always well-presented (cleanliness, merchandising, displays)
- Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs
- Collaborate with Front Office and hotel management when required
- Follow hotel procedures, standards, and service philosophy
What We Value
- Previous experience in retail sales or hospitality will be considered an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude
- Good knowledge of English (Hebrew language will be considered a plus)
- Reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
