Your Role
As a Bartender, you will be at the heart of our guest experience, crafting signature beverages and creating a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere. Beyond preparing and serving drinks, you will engage with guests, share your knowledge of our menu, and ensure every moment at the bar feels special. Working closely with the service team, you will help create an environment that reflects our values of quality, connection, and care, while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, with consistency and creativity.
- Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring a friendly and personalized bar experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs proactively.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in all bar operations.
- Suggest and promote drinks or specials to enhance guest experience and sales.
- Collaborate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Handle guest feedback and requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
What We Value
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within hospitality is preferred.
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques; willingness to learn and develop further skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to engage with guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in bar operations.
