About the Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for US business owners who may qualify for our debt settlement programs. You’ll make high-volume outbound calls, introduce our services, qualify prospects through a structured script, and transfer qualified leads to our closing team for a free consultation.
Note on schedule: this role covers US business hours, which fall in the afternoon/evening in Cyprus (4:30pm–1:30am local).
Responsibilities
• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential US clients (targets to be set in line with campaign requirements)
• Clearly explain the company’s services, emphasizing benefits and solutions
• Follow a structured script and use rebuttals to qualify client eligibility before transferring to a closer
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and transfers
• Log call outcomes, schedule follow-ups, and manage client data in the CRM
Requirements
• Fluent to native-level English, both spoken and written — essential, as all calls are with US clients
• 1–2 years of experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or a similar outbound sales environment
• Comfortable with high call volumes and a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner
• Basic computer literacy; comfortable learning CRM software
• Must be an EU citizen or otherwise hold existing, unrestricted right to work in Cyprus
• Must be able to work on-site in Limassol
Nice to Have
• Experience with Five9 or similar dialer/CRM software
• Familiarity with Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) financing or the debt settlement industry
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Track record of consistently hitting sales targets

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: €1,500 gross/month
• Commission: €30–60 per qualified conversion — uncapped
• Weekly and monthly performance-based bonuses for exceeding targets
• Paid on-site training
• 21 working days annual leave, per Cyprus labour law
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, 4:30pm–1:30am Cyprus time (covering 9:30am–6:30pm on the US Eastern Time floor). 40-hour work week per Cyprus labour law.
