Main duties:
- Complete KYC checks for new and updated accounts.
- Monitor and escalate fraud or unusual activity.
- Review deposits, withdrawals, banking and payment-service-provider activity.
- Use risk systems and assist with chargebacks and client queries.
Requirements:
- Ability to work rotating 24/7 shifts.
- Payments or risk experience is an advantage but not required.
- Fluent English and strong attention to detail.
- Eligibility to work in Cyprus.
Schedule:
- Rotating shifts: 08:00–16:00, 16:00–00:00 and 00:00–08:00.
