Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Retention Agent – German or English.

Salary:

- €3,000–€5,000 monthly

Employment type:

- Full-time employment

Work arrangement:

- Office-based work in Limassol

Main duties:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

- Communicate with clients by telephone, email and online channels, identify their needs and offer suitable solutions.

- Retain clients through professional service, negotiate effectively and close sales opportunities.

- Answer account-related questions and provide continuing customer support.

- Monitor client activity and keep complete, accurate CRM records.

- Stay informed about foreign-exchange markets and relevant industry developments.

Requirements:

- Fluency in either English or German.

- Previous FX-retention experience and knowledge of financial markets.

- Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability.

- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

- Self-motivated, energetic and target-driven approach with a customer-support mindset.

- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a team.

Schedule:

- Daily working hours are 10:00–19:00.
