Main duties:
- Lead governance, compliance, quality, health and safety, and environmental frameworks across a diversified group.
- Develop management systems, controls and assurance processes and coordinate internal reviews.
- Promote a strong compliance culture through guidance and staff training.
- Track risks, corrective actions and regulatory obligations across construction, hospitality and property operations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Environmental Management, Health and Safety, Quality, Law, Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least five years in compliance, governance, internal audit, risk or a regulatory role.
- Strong organisational, analytical, communication and report-writing skills.
- ISO 9001/14001/45001 lead-auditor, NEBOSH or IOSH, ESG and internal-audit experience are advantageous.
