Main duties:
- Draft and negotiate technology, SaaS, cloud, software, research and confidentiality agreements.
- Advise on GDPR, cross-border privacy, cybersecurity incidents and digital regulation.
- Support compliance policies, investigations and legislative monitoring.
- Handle trademarks, patents, trade secrets and licensing.
Requirements:
- Law degree, Cyprus Bar admission and three years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Technology, commercial, EU regulatory or IP-law experience.
- Strong GDPR knowledge and fluent Greek and English.
