Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Project Manager / Business Analyst (Odoo ERP).

- Location-based role with short business travel to the United States when required
Main duties:
- Lead Odoo ERP projects from implementation through go-live and ongoing support.
- Act as the main client contact for requirements, scope, expectations and delivery updates.
- Control budgets, scope changes and change requests.
- Maintain backlogs, schedules and deliverables in JIRA and ClickUp.
- Review team hours, compare estimates with actual effort and prepare monthly billing reports.
- Coordinate Business Analysts, Developers and Solution Architects.
- Plan rollout readiness and go-live activity.
- Integrate AI automation tools and custom extensions into Odoo workflows.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience managing complex Odoo ERP implementations.
- Combined project-management and business-analysis expertise, including workflow mapping, business logic and solution design.
- Hands-on experience with budgets, estimations, JIRA and ClickUp.
- Strong client management, leadership and stakeholder communication.
- Active use of AI tools in day-to-day project work.
- Advanced English.
- Eligibility and willingness to make short business trips to the United States.
