Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Head of Legal & Compliance (Russian-Speaking).

Main duties:
- Lead the legal and compliance function across licensing, corporate structure and multi-jurisdiction regulatory matters.
- Advise management on legal and compliance risk and review new products, marketing activities and commercial partnerships.
- Draft, review and negotiate agreements with payment providers, banks, liquidity providers and other partners.
- Maintain terms and conditions, partner documentation and internal compliance policies.
- Coordinate due-diligence work with banks and payment providers and manage external legal counsel.
- Build and develop the legal and compliance team as the function grows.
Requirements:
- University degree in Law.
- At least 5 years of legal or compliance experience in the contracts-for-difference sector.
- Fluency in Russian and confident professional English.
- Strong understanding of licensing, regulatory compliance, commercial contracts and financial-services counterparties.
- Ability to advise senior management and build an effective legal and compliance function.
