Main duties:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and help development teams deliver predictably and continuously improve.
- Coach teams in Agile practice, self-organisation and accountable decision-making.
- Identify and remove impediments that affect delivery.
- Work with the Product Owner to maintain a clear and actionable backlog.
- Improve collaboration across product, engineering and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Use delivery data and team feedback to improve transparency, trust and working practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach in a technology environment.
- Experience supporting multiple software-development teams.
- Strong facilitation, conflict-resolution, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust while promoting transparency and accountability.
- Scrum certification and experience with Jira or Confluence are advantageous.
- A software-development or technical-delivery background is beneficial.
