Main duties:
- Support global technology operations across AWS and Azure environments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes workloads using AKS, Helm, Kustomize and Argo CD GitOps practices.
- Implement monitoring and logging with platforms such as Graylog, the Elastic stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Application Insights and Robusta.
- Manage application configuration, secrets and backup tooling, including Velero where appropriate.
- Operate supporting services such as RabbitMQ, Redis and MinIO.
- Assist performance testing with JMeter or Taurus and act as an escalation point for delivery and infrastructure issues.
- Maintain reliable technical documentation and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of DevOps or cloud-native engineering experience.
- Hands-on AWS or Azure knowledge and strong Kubernetes and container experience.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab, Bitrise or Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Infrastructure-as-code experience using Terraform, Bicep or similar tools.
- Ability to support high-volume services and troubleshoot across applications and infrastructure.
- Advanced pipeline controls, autoscaling, progressive release strategies, artifact management or security automation are advantageous.
