Main duties:
- Own an automation-first quality strategy covering manual, automated, performance and regression testing.
- Lead and mentor quality engineers through regular coaching and one-to-one development.
- Create test plans, test cases and measurable coverage objectives for several delivery squads.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks and integrate quality checks into CI/CD pipelines.
- Coordinate defect triage and improve the team’s quality processes and engineering culture.
- Work closely with Product, Development and Scrum stakeholders to keep releases transparent and predictable.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of quality-assurance experience, including 1–2 years in a lead role.
- Hands-on automation experience with Playwright, Selenium or Cypress.
- Strong understanding of the software-development lifecycle and Agile delivery.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, TestRail, BrowserStack or Zephyr.
- Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and mentor quality engineers.
- iGaming, fintech or high-traffic platform experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of k6, Gatling, Postman, RestAssured or CI/CD quality gates is beneficial.
