Main duties:
- Design and execute manual and automated tests for web and mobile applications in a gaming environment.
- Develop test plans and cases with developers, product managers and designers, defining strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Check software functionality, performance and usability and identify defects early.
- Write and maintain automated tests primarily with Playwright.
- Perform functional, regression, integration and performance testing.
- Record defects in Jira and work with developers on diagnosis and resolution.
- Improve testing processes and contribute to quality-assurance standards.
Requirements:
- At least two years of software-testing experience covering manual and automated work.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- English at B2 level or higher.
- Playwright experience; Selenium, Cypress or similar frameworks are advantageous.
- GitHub Actions familiarity; Jenkins or Azure DevOps exposure is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of software-testing methods and quality-assurance principles.
- JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge; Python, Java or C# is advantageous.
- Familiarity with API tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
- k6 knowledge; JMeter, LoadRunner or similar performance tools are advantageous.
- Experience with test-management tools such as TestRail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience testing gaming platforms or high-traffic applications.
